Sponsoring Vision isn’t just slapping your logo on a banner—it’s aligning with a weekend of radical inclusion, safer kink, and full-bodied queer joy. You’re helping keep ticket prices accessible, our spaces supported, and the community growing in all the best ways.
Sponsor Levels: Root to Crown
Each of our seven sponsorship tiers is named after a chakra—because at Vision, we believe in showing up with everything we are. Whether you’re sponsoring in person or from afar, your support makes a difference, and your presence will be felt.

Sponsor Benefits
For Sponsors Attending Vision:
- Root ($100): Vision merch item, mention in the program, and name listed in the flyer passed out Friday/Saturday
- Sacral ($200): Add one (1) all-access pass to Vision
- Solar Plexus ($250): Add name and/or small logo to the Vision website
- Heart ($300): Add logo or name posted at ceremonies
- Throat ($500): Add verbal mention during ceremonies
- Third Eye ($750): Add social media thank-you with tag
- Crown ($1000): Add clickable link on website and in social media posts
For Sponsors Not Attending:
- Root ($100): Our eternal gratitude, mention in the program, and verbal thank-you during ceremonies
- Sacral ($200): Add name and QR code at the registration table
- Solar Plexus ($250): Add name and QR code in the auction and vendor spaces
- Heart ($300): Add listing in the Friday/Saturday attendee flyer with QR code
- Throat ($500): Add name and/or logo to the sponsor page of the Vision website
- Third Eye ($750): Add personal insert in the attendee event bag and social media tags (1–3 times)
- Crown ($1000): Add clickable link on sponsor webpage and social media tags (4+ times)
Once your application is accepted, we’ll reach out for logos, QR codes, inserts, and other materials.
